These Terms govern your use of Auxilla. By using the platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
What Auxilla does
Auxilla is a platform that helps businesses run campaigns and helps promoters or creators apply to those campaigns and potentially receive payouts.
Auxilla acts as a platform provider. We do not guarantee campaign outcomes, promoter performance, business conduct, or results achieved by either side.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
- You must provide accurate and reasonably up-to-date account information.
- You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure.
- You must not create accounts to evade restrictions, suspensions, or enforcement.
Marketplace disclaimer
- Auxilla does not employ users or supervise their independent activity.
- Businesses and promoters interact directly through the platform.
- We do not guarantee that any campaign will succeed or that any user will perform as expected.
Payments and payouts
Payments and payouts may be processed through Stripe or similar providers. Auxilla does not store full card details.
Businesses
- Campaign budgets may be funded upfront.
- Funds may be held or structured to support safer marketplace operations.
Promoters / creators
- Payout timing may depend on campaign flow, approval, completion, or review.
- You are responsible for providing accurate payout information where required.
Auxilla may delay, review, or withhold payouts where there is suspected fraud, abuse, policy violation, dispute, or legal obligation.
Platform fees
Auxilla may charge fees for platform features, campaign facilitation, payments, messaging, or other services. Fees and pricing may change with notice where required.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to:
- Carry out illegal, misleading, abusive, or harmful activity
- Harass, threaten, or manipulate other users
- Bypass payments, fees, or platform protections
- Scrape, reverse engineer, or exploit the platform unlawfully
- Send spam or unauthorised automated outreach
Messaging and moderation
You are responsible for content you submit or send through the platform. Auxilla may review and act on reported content and may remove content, restrict access, suspend features, or suspend accounts where appropriate.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect users, the platform, or the integrity of marketplace operations, including in cases involving fraud, abuse, policy violations, or repeated harmful behaviour.
Limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Auxilla is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, or disputes between users. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount permitted by applicable law.
Changes to the service or Terms
Auxilla may update the platform and these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
